Delivery & Collection
This can be arranged subject to location as we are based in Norwich (POA) We cannot take responsibility for any damage during transit via courier to or from Knitting Machine Repair.

Parts
We can supply & ship some spare parts depending on availability.

Servicing
All knitting machine services include a full strip down, deep clean, re-assemble, corrections and adjustments (including greasing/oiling of essential parts). All machines are fully tested to ensure they are working correctly before being sent back.

Callouts
Callouts and repairs on site are be subject to a £70 callout charge + Mileage, to cover travel and expenses.

A 20% surcharge will apply for any repairs undertaken to rectify issues as a result of a non-trained professional
